I love AAMCO! Randy Brooks is the friendliest, most professional, service advisor I have ever encountered. He always takes great care of my vehicle and their prices can’t be beat! I am so grateful I met Randy and the whole AAMCO team.

This is my first ever rating a business. The service was excellent and I had to tell my experience. Randy was great. He kept me up to date on the work being done. First and foremost, he is very honest. A great quality in a business. I recommend the Broken Arrow AAMCO to anyone that needs work on their vehicle.

Randy brooks is a great service manager. They have a great team that really does care about their customers and delivering quality service. They go above the expectations and give you honest evaluations when asked for. If their are any specials on services they will let you know and help you get the best for your buck. These people really do care about their customers and know that honesty..great service..and a great team..make for return customers.

I had some car trouble over the weekend so I quickly did a google search for transmission shops around BA. Whenever I found the highest rated shop, I picked up the phone and immediately found out why the shop was rated so well, or at least part of an explanation anyway. I thought Randy was kind, patient, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. I was expecting a massive rapid bill and was surprised when Randy called with only a fraction of my suspected exit price. As long as these guys are here, I’ll be a customer. Really appreciated the experience. Even got to meet some of the shop guys. Excellent team, excellent performance.

This was my first visit to AAMCO. Overall, I was pleased with the experience. Randy is pleasant to work with. A little pricey but the quality of the service backs that up for the most part. I was not thrilled that I had to bring my car back two additional times but part of that was out of their control. The only other issue I had, which truly varies from shop to shop, is communication. I hadn't heard from the shop and the day was almost over. It leaves you feeling like, "well I guess I'm not getting my car back today. I better make a plan." I wished I was kept better informed about what to expect.
